He was vigilant and kept an eye on my form during the session to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly and was generally a great professional and very approachable. Right... From first meeting Lewis, I could tell that he is very knowledgeable, and with his friendly and charismatic character, I didn't hesitate when he told me about his 1-1 sessions. He's very motivating in the gym, he checks form, and pushes you to the max. The 4 week plan is very suiting to your ability and what your aspirations are. In my first 4 weeks I'd already seen a change, especially the muscles in my legs, and I also noticed muscles that I never knew existed! I highly recommend the accountability calls/forms. They are very helpful to set your weekly goals, IN and OUT of the gym, e.g. nutrition, steps, and tips to surpass bad habits, like achieving tasks which you keep procrastinating about... A very easy 5 stars!

From day 1 Lewis has been amazing! I've never had someone ask so many questions and show so much interest in what it is I would like to gain from my sessions/plan. He always answers any questions I have and makes sure I'm getting what I want from my sessions. He pushes me to limits I didn't know I was capable of and even when I'm following my plan alone he's the voice in the back of my head telling me I can do it! Regular check-ins help me make sure I'm eating what I should be and I'm keeping on track not only with the gym but also my water intake and steps ext. Since having Lewis as a PT my confidence in the gym has increased massively! After him showing me how to use the equipment and making sure my form is correct I feel I can go to the gym and nail any workout on my plan. Getting a PT is the best move I ever made! Thank you Lewis!

Took the step out of my comfort zone and confronted lewis one night in the gym to ask about advice.

 

From the first interaction He was very professional well mannered & left me feeling positive whilst asking me questions I didn't even ask myself along this journey, it got me wondering where can I go with his help? 4 months down the line I'm nearly 13kg lighter and finally accepting the way I look and feel about myself.

 

I hated the gym to start with constantly feeling like people were watching me but it turns out they're all in there for the same reason I am and from there my confidence has grown! Cannot thank you enough man you bring good energy to every session and I leave feeling like I have/will of achieved something.

 

Bring on the next few months can't wait for the next lot of results!

 

If anyone is sat on the fence don't hesitate.. make the jump and let the hard work pay off 110% worth every penny especially from a PT who's been in most of our shoes and come out the other side.

Lewis was great to work with, the workout plans are tailored to your needs and he’s always happy to listen to feedback and switch things up if your goals change. In the PT sessions he will always pay attention to your form, give advice and push you further than you would’ve realised you could go! 
We would do regular check ins to assess progress and see what improvements could be made which was really helpful. 

My main focus was weight training and after a few months I noticed major improvements in strength and aesthetics. 
I would definitely recommend working with Lewis!

I went to Lewis in January, with the aim to lose weight, tone up and build my strength. My confidence had dipped & I had no idea what to do in the gym. From the very beginning, Lewis asked questions about my goals and what I enjoyed doing & he took this into account when building my plan. Lewis pushed me in every session & I constantly hit PB’s, although they were tough, we had a laugh & I left feeling happy! He’s been on hand the hold time, answering any little question I had. Four months later, I’ve achieved more than I every thought I would.

Getting Lewis as a PT was probably the best decision I have made. He has helped me understand food in such a good and healthy way. He’s given me the confidence to go in the gym and go on any equipment and know what I’m doing. He always pushes me on even when I feel I have nothing else to give. The checkins really help to have his perspective when you feel like you’ve seen no changes he points our things I wouldn’t notice myself. I would highly recommend as having him as your personal trainer to give you that help and guidance to getting your goals
