My backstory

To summarise:

I broke both of my legs.

Gained a lot of weight as a result of eating bad foods.

At my highest weight, I weighed 19stone 2pounds.

I hated the way I looked and was embarrassed by the person I was.

I started going to the gym 2018

Over the course of a year and a half, managed to lose 7 stone.

I then did a bulk in which I gained a lot of muscle.

Now, I'm a Personal Trainer who loves to transform people's lives!
